Veteran Coffee Morning

Invitation to all veterans for a morning of connection, conversation and coffee. 

Join the outreach team on Thursday 28 August between 1000 hrs and 1200 hrs in The Gurkha Museum’s library.  There will be an opportunity to: 

• Meet the outreach team,  

• Hear from the Director at 1030 hrs, 

• Explore the summer exhibition, Victory in 1945, that celebrates the service of Gurkhas eighty years ago, 

• Enjoy a brew with fellow veterans. 

As The Gurkha Museum starts its redevelopment, known by its Nepali name Project Kaida, it is vital we design a place and programme that commemorates your service.  This is the first of many veteran focused initiatives to ensure veterans feel welcome at The Gurkha Museum. We will listen to your views at this initial consultation meeting with your ideas contributing to formulate our future plans and events.
