Returns, refunds and cancellation
If a customer should decide that they wish to return a product, we will refund the full purchase price of that item. Customers have 10 days after receipt of their order to inform the Gurkha Museum of their intention to return an item. This should be done by e-mail to email@example.com or by phoning 01962 842832. In order to receive a refund the item must be posted back to the Museum within 14 days of receipt of the item by the customer and the Gurkha Museum be in receipt of the customer’s Proof of Posting or copy thereof.
Items that are damaged when they reach the customer should be reported to the Gurkha Museum in the way detailed above, stating the detail and circumstances of the damage. The Gurkha Museum will endeavour to replace such damaged items as soon as possible or offer a refund as above.
The Gurkha Museum does not disclose information disclosed by customers to any third parties whatsoever.
Due to the Hindu Festival of Tihar the Museum will be closed on Saturday 21 October. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
