Returns, refunds and cancellation

If a customer should decide that they wish to return a shop product please contact the museum. Customers have 10 days after receipt of their order to inform the Gurkha Museum of their intention to return an item. This should be done by e-mail to operations@thegurkhamuseum.co.uk or by phoning 01962 842832 and selecting extension 5. In order to receive a refund the item must be posted back to the Museum within 14 days of receipt of the item by the customer and the Gurkha Museum be in receipt of the customer’s Proof of Posting or copy thereof.

Any cancellation or amendment to an event booking must be requested with a minimum of 7 days prior to the event taking place. We are unable to offer any cancellations, refunds or ticket exchanges after this time period. In order to request an amendment or cancellation please contact the museum by emailing operations@thegurkhamuseum.co.uk or by phoning 01962 842832 and selecting extension 5.

Damaged Goods

Items that are damaged when they reach the customer should be reported to the Gurkha Museum in the way detailed above, stating the detail and circumstances of the damage. The Gurkha Museum will endeavour to replace such damaged items as soon as possible or offer a refund as above.
