Brigade of Gurkhas Photo and Video Competition 2026 in conjunction with the Gurkha Museum Trust.

Open to Serving, Veteran Gurkhas and family members.

Closing date for entries 31 October 2026.

What are we looking for?

• Images and videos that will enhance the Gurkha Brand and Community
• People-focused
• Military Exercises
• Military Operational images – noting these will need clearance
• Military Training
• Sport and Physical activity (Individual and groups)
• Adventurous Training
• Support to the community
• Charity events
• Family activity at home or with friends
• Hobbies and things you do in your downtime

What you can win

• First place £150.00 voucher
• Second place £75.00 voucher
• The selected best images will be displayed at the Gurkha Museum and HQ Brigade of Gurkhas for a period of time post-competition and feature in Parbate and our digital channels.
• Best video £150.00
• The video will feature on the GBA and Amy website if suitable. If will feature on the HQBG YouTube channel.

All good videos suitable for public viewing will be uploaded to the HQBG social media accounts where possible.

Content sent to us may be used by the Gurkha Museum and HQBG for other projects.
