AV Software Installation for the Gurkha Museum.

As part of Project Kaida, the Gurkha Museum’s ambitious redevelopment plan supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Museum intends to appoint a specialist contractor for the provision and installation of AV software.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, the Museum is advertising for expressions of interest from suitably qualified companies, preferably with extensive Museum experience. This initial stage is intended to secure sufficient market interest to ensure effective competition, from which potential suppliers will then be assessed through a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process.

Interested companies should contact the Project’s QS and Contract Administrators, PT Projects (Nick Gold: ngold@ptprojects.co.uk), to request further information and a PQQ. Requests should be made no later than 12 September 2025.

Following evaluation of PQQ responses, a shortlist of companies will be formally invited to tender.
